Phillip Noel is the Call Center Manager at Orange County’s Credit Union. He has devoted the past 15 years to improving call center performance, operations, technology implementation, and efficiency. While skilled in all major call center functions, Phil’s professional passion is Member Service. His Call Center Team scored the overall Best in Class for net promoter scores by the Member Loyalty Group (2018 Q4).

Phillip is a graduate of Western CUNA Management School. He received his MBA degree from the University of Redlands and his undergraduate degree from San Diego State University.
