Grace has many years of experience in the banking and FinTech industries. She is currently Head of Risk Partnership at Uber. Prior to her role, Grace worked as Head of Risk for the Americas and Global Key Accounts at Ant Financial (Alipay). In that role, she enabled digital wallet and payment acceptance for Global merchants to expand in China and South East Asia, bridging cross-cultural differences between partners in the United States and Asia.

Prior to Ant Financial/Alipay, Grace was a Senior Director at Visa/Cybersource and was responsible for various product leadership roles including the Cybersource business portal, which is used by many of the Fortune 500 companies. Prior to moving from Hong Kong to the U.S., Grace was Vice President of Credit Risk at HSBC.

Grace graduated from Michigan and was one of the few selected ones to represent the Wolverine Venture Fund to make investment decisions on startups across health care and technology sectors.

Grace is passionate about building teams from the ground up, and encouraging her staff to be more confident in the personal and professional lives to get them out of their comfort zones, so they can realize their full potential.
