As Vice President in Digital, Franklin contributes to transforming how the bank interacts with its employees and customers. He leads the Digital Identity and the Open Banking agenda for the enterprise, helping customers assert their identity and share financial transaction data. He also promotes the effort to “mobilize” TD Bank colleagues, enhancing communication and collaboration among colleagues. Franklin represents TD Bank at the boards of Digital Identity and Authentication Council of Canada (DIACC), and Financial Data Exchange in the US (FDX). Franklin is a graduate of the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University with a Masters of Business Administration and also holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Ecole Superieure D’Electricite (France). In his spare time, Franklin is passionate about the “tech-for-good” effort,  sitting on the board of Ample Labs, and enjoys hiking and camping with his family.
